As we come out of the Pandemic we need to invest in the wide range of skills and experiences our communities have to offer.
As part of our London Leading 10 point recovery plan we will:
- Develop a family focused lifelong learning offer improving adult learning and job opportunities in our communities.
- Champion apprenticeships and recruit apprentices into the Council, empowering the next generation to succeed and bring a fresh approach to how we do things.
- Commission services to provide support for residents with mental health issues, disabilities and/or other issues linked to youth offending.
By investing in the wide range of skills our borough has to offer we can help improve outcomes for people in the hardest hit communities in the Pandemic.
