The Result: John Locker has won the Thamesfield By Election in Putney. Despite Labour flooding the ward with hoards of outside help, the Conservatives took just shy of 50% vote share, beating the Lib Dems and Labour combined. This result is a swing to the Conservatives of 3% when compared to the last comparable election in 2011.
