The Battersea Conservatives have selected Cllr Tom Pridham as their Parliamentary Spokesperson.
Tom will hold Labour’s Marsha De Cordova MP to account and stand up for Battersea residents.
Tom has already been working hard for Battersea. He has already been representing residents in calling for the Northcote road summer pedestrianisation to be reinstated. Tom is also supporting the campaign to end the chaos caused by Labour-controlled Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s decision to make unnecessary changes to the road system, which have caused traffic congestion on the Wandsworth side of the river to increase exponentially.
Upon his selection Cllr Tom Pridham is quoted as saying:
"I'm delighted and honoured to be selected as the Conservative Candidate for Battersea. We have a fantastic and dedicated group of people in our association with whom I've had the pleasure of working over the last few years. I look forward to a dynamic and engaging campaign."
Cllr Matt Corner, Chairman of the Battersea Conservative Association, commented on the selection saying:
"I congratulate Tom on his selection as our Parliamentary Spokesperson and look forward to working with him to hold Labour to account, campaign on issues that matter to local people, and improve the lives of Battersea residents."
